The Liquiphant FTL51B is a smart vibrating fork level switch for reliable point level detection in liquids. It operates independently of media properties, requires no calibration, and is ideal for safety-critical applications with SIL2/3 certification. With digital communication (HART, IO-Link, Bluetooth®) and Heartbeat Technology, it ensures efficient diagnostics and predictive maintenance.
Designed specifically for the process industry, the Liquiphant FTL51B is intended for direct use in SIL2 and SIL3 applications. Using an easy-to-use wizard, you do periodic proof tests in accordance with SIL or WHG mobile. You are provided with automated documentation at the conclusion. Changes in medium characteristics, flow, turbulence, gas bubbles, foam, vibrations, or buildup have no effect on Liquiphant’s accurate measurement. The gadget is user-friendly, provides real-time data, and has a digital link.
